摘　　要：公开充分条款影响授权、确权和诉讼各阶段,文章剖析不同区域和不同法律位阶有关公开充分条款的规定,从而梳理出有关公开充分条款的相同点和不同点;同时从理论和实务出发,归纳阐述典型的公开不充分情形,重点依据不同的保护方案、不同的保护主题梳理出实务中典型的公开不充分的剖析表,据此形成公开是否充分的核查思路,并结合产品制备工艺、参数限定类产品及化学结构式限定类产品三种不同类型案件来阐述核查思路,深度剖析了三类案例中典型的公开不充分情形,以指导实务工作。The disclosure of suffi cient provision aff ects the stages of authorization,property rights confirmation,and litigation.This article analyzes the provisions related to disclosure of suffi cient provision in diff erent regions and legal levels,exploring similarities and diff erences.At the same time,starting from both theory and practice,the article summarizes and elaborates typical cases of insufficient disclosure,with a focus on sorting out typical analysis table of insufficient disclosure in practice based on different protection schemes and themes.Based on this,it forms a verification approach to determine whether disclosure is sufficient,elaborates this verification approach on three different types of cases:product preparation technology,parameter limited products,and chemical structure limited products,and deeply analyzes the typical insufficient disclosure situations of the three types of cases to guide practical work.
