山地特色渔业高质量发展对策研究——以云南省玉龙县为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记指出:“发展特色产业是实现乡村振兴的一条重要途径,要着力做好‘土特产’文章,以产业振兴促进乡村全面振兴。”云南省玉龙县地域广阔,拥有丰富的水资源和渔业资源,但渔业发展基础落后。为稳步推进玉龙县乡村产业振兴,研究如何深入推进玉龙县渔业高质量发展,加快渔业绿色发展,文章通过对玉龙县渔业生产现状及发展潜力进行全面客观地分析,并结合实际和当前渔业发展政策方向,从建立健全渔业技术推广体系、加强基础设施建设、优化产业布局和强化渔业公共管理服务等方面提出相应的对策建议,以促进渔业增效、渔农增收,使渔业成为玉龙富民、兴农、强县的新兴产业,成为全县农业经济的有益补充。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that"developing characteristic industries is an important way to achieve rural revitalization,and we should focus on doing a good job in'local specialties'to promote comprehensive rural revitalization through industrial revitalization.Yulong County has a vast territory and abundant water and fishery resources,but the foundation of fishery development is backward.In order to steadily promote the revitalization of rural industries in Yulong County,and to study how to deepen the high-quality development of the fishing industry in Yulong County,Yunnan Province,and accelerate the green development of the fishing industry.The article comprehensively analyzes the current situation and development potential of fishery production in Yulong County,and combines it with the actual situation and current fishery development policy direction to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of establishing a sound fishery technology promotion system,and strengthening infrastructure construction,optimizing industrial layout,and enhancing fishery public management services,in order to promote the efficiency and income increase of the fishing industry,make the fishing industry an emerging industry that enriches the people,promotes agriculture,and strengthens the county in Yulong,and become a beneficial supplement to the county's agricultural economy.
