摘  要:基于各向异性材料的有限元原理,建立了硬涂层-碳纤维增强复合材料板的有限元模型,考虑涂覆硬涂层的影响,对结构进行模态分析,得出固有频率,并分析了硬涂层对结构固有特性的影响,为之后硬涂层材料在碳纤维增强复合材料叶片上的应用提供依据.结果表明:压电涂层可以降低碳纤维增强复合材料板的固有频率,而压磁涂层会提高其固有频率,且压电涂层对层合板固有特性的影响大于压磁涂层.Based on the finite element principle of anisotropic materials,a finite element model of hard coating-carbon fiber reinforced composite plates was established.Considering the influence of hard coating,the modal analysis was carried out on the structure to obtain the natural frequency,and the influence of hard coating on the inherent characteristics of the structure was analyzed,which provides a basis for the application of hard coating material on the carbon fiber reinforced composite blade.The results show that piezoelectric coating can reduce the natural frequency of carbon fiber reinforced composite plates,and the piezomagnetic coating can increase the natural frequency,and the influence of piezoelectric coating on the intrinsic characteristics of the laminates is greater than that of piezomagnetic coating.
