摘　　要：住房公积金是推进中国式现代化的重要制度保障。本文在梳理其制度发展历程的基础上,运用住房公积金年度报告数据,分析其运行特征:一是覆盖面不断扩大;二是缴存规模持续增长;三是使用效率逐步提高;四是区域分化增大;五是数字化不断加强。在此基础上,分别从缴存面扩大、优化使用政策、加强区域协调发展、提升数字化服务和加强多元化功能等方面提出相应政策启示。本文的结论为住房公积金制度进一步改革和优化提供了经验借鉴。Housing provident fund is an important institutional guarantee for promoting Chinesestyle modernisation.Based on the history of its institutional development,this paper uses data from the annual report of housing provident fund to analyse its operational characteristics:Firstly,the coverage is expanding.Secondly,the scale of contribution is continuously growing.Thirdly,the efficiency of use is gradually improving.Fourthly,the regional differentiation is increasing;and fifthly,the digitalization is continuously being strengthened.On this basis,corresponding policy insights are proposed in terms of expanding the contribution surface,optimizing the use policy,strengthening the coordinated regional development,enhancing the digital service and strengthening the diversified functions,respectively.The conclusions of this paper provide lessons from experience for the further reform and optimisation of the housing provident fund system.
