摘 要:为改善云南某冶炼厂铜炉渣浮选尾矿铜品位高、铜回收率低的问题,研究了该铜炉渣中铜的深度浮选回收方法。工艺矿物学研究表明,试验炉渣样中主要可回收的有价元素为铜,品位为3.42%;铜矿物以硫化铜矿为主,单体解离度较高约为65%,嵌布粒度在0.005~0.64 mm,铜矿物嵌布粒度粗细不均,粒径在0.106 mm以上的粗颗粒占比约为40%,单体解离度较好,微细粒级矿物占比约为20%,连生较为严重。根据铜矿物中粗颗粒矿物单体解离度高,微细粒矿物连生严重的特点,制定了“阶磨阶选—快速浮选—协同捕收”的选矿流程,引入了新型的酯类硫化矿捕收剂LS-201,与丁基黄药进行协同捕收。分析讨论了磨矿细度、药剂种类及用量对铜浮选回收的影响。在一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%、快速浮选捕收剂丁基黄药与LS-201用量为120 g/t(比例为2∶1)、二段磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占85%、活化剂硫化钠用量为40 g/t、快浮尾矿再选捕收剂丁基黄药与LS-201用量为90 g/t(比例为2∶1)、起泡剂松醇油用量为20 g/t的条件下,浮选闭路试验获得铜品位为21.89%、铜回收率为95.60%的混合精矿,同时尾矿中铜品位仅为0.18%,指标良好。本研究实现了对铜炉渣中铜资源的深度回收,提供了一种铜炉渣二次资源利用的新思路。To address the issue of low copper recovery and high copper grade in copper slag flotation tailings at a smelter in Yunnan province,a study was conducted on the deep flotation recovery method of copper from copper slag.Process mineralogy analyses revealed that copper was the main recoverable valuable element in the test slag samples,with a grade of 3.42%.The copper minerals primarily consisted of copper sulfide ores,exhibiting a high liberation degree of approximately 65%and an embedded particle size ranging from 0.005 mm to 0.64 mm.The disseminated particle size of copper minerals was uneven.Coarse particles with a size above 0.106 mm accounted for around 40%of the sample,and the monomer dissociation degree is good.The fine particles accounted for 20%,and the intergrowth is more serious.Based on the characteristics of high liberation degree in coarse-grained mineral monomers and the severe intergrowth of fine-grained minerals in copper minerals,a beneficiation process of'stage grinding and stage beneficiation-rapid flotation-cooperative collection'was formulated.Additionally,a new type of ester sulfide ore collector LS-201 was introduced to carry out cooperative collection with butyl xanthate.This study analyzed and discussed the effects of grinding fineness,reagent type,and dosage on copper flotation recovery.In the locked-cycle tests,a copper grade of 21.89%was achieved.The test conditions included the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 70%in the first stage,butyl xanthate and LS-201(at a ratio of 2:1)dosage of 120 g/t as a rapid flotation collector,the grinding fineness of-0.045 mm accounting for 85%in the second stage,activator sodium sulfide of 40 g/t,butyl xanthate and LS-201(at a ratio of 2:1)of 90 g/t for fast flotation tailings reseparation,along with frother terpenic oil of 20 g/t.The mixed concentrate achieved a copper recovery of 95.60%and a tailings grade of only o.18%copper,demonstrating promising results.This research highlighted the potential for deep recovery of copper from copper slag
