摘  要:某微细粒复杂难选金矿石金品位2.15 g/t,是主要的回收元素。矿石中金主要以硫化物包裹金的形式存在,占84.51%,裸露金较少,仅占4.23%。矿石中的金属矿物主要为黄铁矿,非金属矿物主要是石英,其次为白云石和白云母。针对该矿石性质,结合现场浮选工艺流程和药剂制度,开展了药剂优化和磨矿优化试验,最佳的粗选药剂制度为:碳酸钠用量为400 g/t,硫化钠用量为12 g/t,硫酸铜用量为100 g/t,荆江MA用量为200 g/t, BKG721用量为28 g/t。在最佳的药剂制度基础上,进行了一段磨矿一段选别、中矿顺序返回工艺和两段磨矿两段选别—中矿再磨工艺两种方案的对比试验。结果表明,两段磨矿两段选别—中矿再磨工艺方案效果更为理想,即第一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%、第二段磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占87.7%、中矿再磨细度为-0.038 mm占94%,可获得产率6.00%、金品位31.37 g/t、金回收率87.35%的金精矿。与现场生产工艺相比,金综合回收率提高了9.75百分点。研究结果将为现场技术改造提供依据。The gold grade of a fine-grained complex refractory gold ore is 2.15 g/t,and gold is the main recovered element.The gold in the ore is mainly in the form of sulfide coated gold,accounting for 84.51%,and bare gold is less,accounting for only 4.23%.The metallic minerals in the ore are mainly pyrite,and the non-metallic minerals are mainly quartz,followed by dolomite and muscovite.According to the properties of the ore,combined with the on-site flotation process and reagent system,reagent system optimization test and grinding optimization test were carried out.The best roughing reagent system was as follows:the dosage of sodium carbonate was 400 g/t,sodium sulfide was 12 g/t,copper sulfate was 100 g/t,Jingjiang MA was 200 g/t,BKG721 was 28 g/t.On the basis of the best reagent system,the comparison tests between the process of"one-stage grinding,one-stage beneficiation,middling sequence return"and the process of"two-stage grinding,two-stage beneficiations and middlings regrinding"were carried out.The results showed that the process of two-stage grinding,two-stage beneficiations and middlings regrinding had a more ideal effect,with the fineness of the first stage grinding accounting for 70%of-0.074 mm,the second stage grinding fineness of-0.045 mm accounting for 87.7%,and middlings regrinding fineness of-0.038 mm accounting for 94%.A gold concentrate with yield of 6.00%,gold grade of 31.37 g/t and gold recovery of 87.35%could be obtained.Compared with the on-site production process,the overall recovery of gold was increased by 9.75 percentage points.The research results will provide a basis for field technical transformation.
