摘 要:为分析玄武岩纤维和剑麻纤维混掺对粉煤灰混凝土工作性能、力学性能以及耐久性能的影响规律,制备了不同玄武岩纤维和剑麻纤维掺量的混杂纤维粉煤灰混凝土试样,测试了各类混杂纤维体积掺量情况下粉煤灰混凝土的坍落度、立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及氯盐侵蚀下的质量损失率和残余抗压强度、冻融循环下的相对动弹性模量。结果表明:粉煤灰混凝土坍落度减小量与玄武岩纤维和剑麻纤维体积掺量增加量均成正比关系,两者比例分别为20.0mm/0.1%和25.0mm/0.1%;随着玄武岩纤维和剑麻纤维体积掺量的增大,粉煤灰混凝土的抗压和抗拉强度值均先缓慢增大,随后迅速减小;玄武岩纤维体积掺量为0.10%、剑麻纤维体积掺量为0.10%和0.15%时,粉煤灰混凝土的抗压和抗拉性能最好;玄武岩纤维以及剑麻纤维的掺入有利于粉煤灰混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀以及抗冻性能的提升,最佳玄武岩纤维以及剑麻纤维体积掺量均为0.10%。In order to analyze the effect of basalt fiber and sisal fiber mixture on the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of fly ash concrete,mixed fiber fly ash concrete samples with different basalt fiber and sisal fiber content were prepared.The collapse,cubic compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,mass loss rate and residual compressive strength under chlorine salt erosion and relative dynamic elastic modulus under freeze-thaw cycle of fly ash concrete were tested under various hybrid fiber volumes.The results show that the decrease of slump of fly ash concrete is proportional to the increase of volume content of basalt fiber and sisal fiber,the proportions of which are 20.0 mm/0.1%and 25.0 mm/0.1%,respectively.With the increase of basalt fiber and sisal fiber volume,the compressive strength and tensile strength of fly ash concrete increase slowly at first,and then decrease rapidly.When the volume content of basalt fiber is 0.10%and sisal fiber is 0.10%and 0.15%,the compressive and tensile properties of fly ash concrete are the best.The addition of basalt fiber and sisal fiber is conducive to the improvement of chloride ion erosion resistance and freeze resistance of fly ash concrete,and the optimal volume content of basalt fiber and sisal fiber is 0.10%.
