摘 要:分析了高密度造型灰铸铁粘砂机理及铁液动压力、静压力、摩擦阻力以及表面张力等因素对粘砂的影响,对铸件浇注冷却过程进行压力与温度场模拟,通过工艺试验和对缺陷区域进行显微组织检查,验证了粘砂机理。通过分析认为:不同类型粘砂发生于浇注凝固不同阶段,铁液充满型腔时发生动压力粘砂,可能产生静压力粘砂,共晶凝固后期由于石墨析出膨胀产生共晶膨胀粘砂,小制动盘铸件在浇注初期型腔有氧化气氛,也会有化学粘砂倾向。The mechanisms of sand adhesion in high-density molding gray iron were analyzed and the effects of dynamic pressure,static pressure,friction resistance,and surface tension of molten iron on sand adhesion were investigated.Pressure and temperature field simulations of the casting pouring and cooling processes were conducted,and the sand adhesion mech-anisms were validated through process experiments and microstructural examination of defect areas.The analysis indicated that different types of sand adhesion occur at various stages of pouring and solidification.Dynamic pressure sand adhesion occurs when the molten iron filled the mold cavity,while static pressure sand adhesion may occur subsequently.In the late stage of eutectic solidification,eutectic expansion sand adhesion arose due to graphite precipitation and expansion.Small brake disc castings had an oxidizing atmosphere in the mold cavity at the initial stage of pouring,and there was also a tendency for chemical sand adhesion.
