摘  要:介绍了铁路用滑床板铸件的结构及技术要求,针对原采用覆砂铁型工艺生产的铸件出现的局部凸起热节处缩孔、缩松、气孔及砂孔缺陷,综合消失模负压和熔模铸造精密型壳的优点,采用高密度EPS制造整体滑床板模样,仿熔模铸造工艺制造高强度、透气性好、内壁洁净的型壳,将型壳埋置于陶粒砂中,在负压条件下充型浇注,提高了金属液充型和补缩能力,消除了缩孔、缩松和气孔缺陷,得到内部组织致密的铁路用滑床板铸件,同时降低了废品率。The structure and technical requirements of railway sliding base plate castings were introduced.To address defects such as shrinkage cavities,porosity,and sand holes at localized hot spots in castings produced using the original sand-coated iron mold process,the advantages of lost foam negative pressure and investment casting precision shells were combined.High-density EPS was used to create an integral pattern for the sliding base plate,and a high-strength,well-ventilated,clean-walled shell was fabricated using a process that mimics investment casting.The shell was embedded in ceramsite sand,and the casting was performed under negative pressure conditions,which enhanced metal filling and feeding capabilities.This approach eliminated defects like shrinkage cavities,porosity,and gas holes,resulting in dense internal structures in the railway sliding base plate castings,and also reduced the scrap rate.
