摘 要:对比分析了湿型砂生产工艺、真空密封V法造型工艺及树脂无箱铸造生产工艺的优缺点,认为树脂砂无箱造型工艺更适合玻璃模具铸件的生产。介绍了采用自主研发的树脂砂无箱铸造工艺生产D型石墨灰铸铁铸件和带有散热片的模具铸件的应用实例,铸件的生产质量良好,铸件尺寸精度高。最后指出,采用树脂砂无箱造型工艺可以大大提高劳动生产率,提高铸件质量,降低铸件废品率,具有较好的市场竞争力。A comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the green sand production process,vacuum-sealed V-method molding process,and resin no-bake casting process was conducted,concluding that the resin sand no-bake molding process was more suitable for the production of glass mold castings.Examples of applying the self-developed resin sand no-bake casting process to produce D-type graphite gray iron castings and mold castings with cooling fins were introduced.The castings produced were of high quality with precise dimensions.Finally,it was pointed out that the use of the resin sand no-bake molding process can greatly improved labor productivity,enhanced casting quality,reduced the casting scrap rate,and offered strong market competitiveness.
