摘  要:球墨铸铁转向节铸件用原铸造工艺生产时在热节较大的减震臂处出现了缩松或缩孔缺陷,利用迪砂线铸造工艺算法程序并借助Anycasting铸造模拟软件,对原铸造工艺进行了改进,最终消除了缩孔、缩松,基体组织中珠光体体积分数达到50%,本体试样抗拉强度达到560 MPa,伸长率达到11%,屈服强度达到380 MPa,球化率为2级,石墨大小为7级,满足了该铸件的性能要求,实现了批量生产。Shrinkage porosities and cavities had occurred in the big hot spots-having damping arms of the nodular iron steering knuckle produced with original casting method.The casting method was improved by using casting method algorithm program developed by the DISA line and by using the Anycasting foundry simulation software.As the result,the shrinkage defects have been eliminated,the volume fraction of pearlite in the matrix reached 50%,tensile strength of casting body reached 560 MPa,elongation reached 11%,yield strength reached 380 MPa,the nodularity reached 2 grade,graphite size was of 7 grade that met the technical requirement of the casting and so that the casting had been put into batch production.
