摘 要:针对生产的6DH发动机气缸体铸件的渗漏缺陷进行了原因分析,并对可能产生缺陷的原因进行逐个排查,通过探伤、扫描、电镜等检验方法进行辅助分析,认为产生铸件渗漏缺陷的原因为砂芯水分偏高,在浇注过程中形成的气体留在铸件本体,从而形成气孔缺陷。通过砂芯烘干炉工艺设备调整降低了砂芯水分,同时采取砂芯排气优化等措施,使渗漏缺陷由原来的2.45%降低至0.96%,效果显著。The causes of leakage defects in 6DH engine cylinder block castings were conducted.Potential factors contributing to the defects were systematically examined.Diagnostic techniques such as flaw detection,scanning,and electron microscopy were employed to support the analysis.The study identified high moisture content in the sand core as the primary cause,which led to gas formation during pouring.This gas became trapped in the casting,resulting in porosity defects.By adjusting the sand core drying furnace process to reduce moisture levels and optimizing sand core venting,the leakage defect rate was reduced from 2.45% to 0.96%,demonstrating significant improvement.
