摘  要:介绍了水平分盒制芯热芯盒上顶芯杆传统的刚性安装结构存在的不足,详细阐述了有代表性的上顶芯杆柔性安装结构和其克服刚性安装结构存在问题的原理,对比分析了内螺纹式上固定方案、外螺纹式上固定方案、成型螺钉式下固定方案、卡盘式下固定方案及压板式下固定方案的结构特点、优缺点及其适用性。最后指出:几种柔性安装结构的适用性和性价比的优劣顺序依次为:成型螺钉式下固定方案>卡盘式下固定方案>压板式下固定方案>内螺纹式上固定方案>外螺纹式上固定方案。The shortcomings of the traditional rigid installation structure for the horizontal core-making hot core box's ejector pins were introduced.The representative upper core rod flexible installation structure and its principle of overcoming the problems of rigid installation structure were elaborated in detail.The structural characteristics,advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the internal thread upper fixation scheme,external thread upper fixation scheme,formed screw lower fixation scheme,chuck lower fixation scheme and pressure plate lower fixation scheme were compared and analyzed.Finally,the study concluded that the applicability and cost-effectiveness of the flexible installation structures,in descending order of preference,were as follows:molding screw lower fixation scheme>chuck lower fixation scheme>pressure plate lower fixation scheme>internal thread upper fixation scheme>external thread upper fixation scheme.
