摘  要:水源热泵因性能可靠、技术成熟被广泛应用于数据中心余热回收。本文通过对比三种水源热泵余热利用方案,发现冷冻水并联取热在不影响数据中心运行的同时,具有较大的余热回收潜力。此外,本文还探讨了余热经热泵升温供市政一次网和二次网以及直供等供暖方式,推荐采用直供及二次网联合供热方式。最后,以北京大兴某数据中心余热回收项目为例,采用冷冻水并联取热,热泵出口温度55℃供给市政网直供及二次网供热。结果表明,此方案能够节省运营费用248.9万元/年,预估投资回收期为3年,每年将减少1170吨标准煤消耗和2878吨碳排放。Water source heat pumps are the optimal choice for waste heat recovery in data centers due to their wide application and mature technology.By comparing the three water source heat pump waste heat utilization options,the chilled water parallel heat extraction has a greater potential for waste heat recovery as it does not affect the operation of the data center.In addition,this work discusses heating methods such as municipal primary and secondary networks as well as direct supply,and recommends the use of direct supply and secondary network combined heating methods.Finally,as an example,a waste heat recovery project in a data center in Daxing,Beijing,is able to save 2.489 million yuan/year in operating costs,with an estimated payback period of three years,and will reduce the consumption of 1,170 t of standard coal and 2,878 t of carbon emissions per year.
