摘  要:随着我国对电能的需求不断增长,大型火力发电机的应用也越来越广泛。但在发电机的运行过程中,主绝缘的老化会导致击穿等现象发生,最终导致电机失效或损坏。真空压力浸渍(VPI)技术作为一种先进的绝缘处理工艺,可以显著地提升火力发电机的绝缘性能,并提高运行可靠性。系统探讨了VPI技术的基本原理、工艺流程及其在大型发电机主绝缘中云母带环氧树脂复合绝缘体中的应用,分析了VPI技术与传统绝缘工艺的优劣,并提出了该技术在未来大型发电机主绝缘处理中的发展方向。China’s application of thermal generator is becoming more and more extensive,but in the process of operation of the motor,the aging of the main insulation will lead to breakdown and other phenomena,which will eventually lead to the failure or damage of the motor.As an advanced insulation treatment process,vacuum pressure impregnation(VPI)technology can significantly improve the insulation performance of high-voltage motors and improve the reliability of motor operation.In this paper,the basic principle,process flow and application of VPI technology in mica tape epoxy resin composite insulator in the main insulation of high-voltage motors are systematically discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of VPI technology and traditional insulation technology are analyzed in combination,and the development direction of this technology in the main insulation treatment of high-voltage motors in the future is proposed.
