摘 要:为研究小型断路器中性极(N极:小气室且无灭弧装置)短路分断性能的影响因素与结构优化的关联关系,以1P+N小型断路器N极附加功能平台化为背景,基于N极短路分断原理及典型的直流电弧等效电路瞬态方程,提出基础变量、关联因素、结构设计、递进式结构方案的试验组合和四维度均值数据解析方法,逐步聚焦N极电弧电阻RNh和先通后断时间差t两个基础变量的强相关结构设计,最终通过既定的短路分断型式试验获得短路分断性能裕度。结果表明对该类型小型断路器N极优化与分析的方法合理且有效,对于同类产品N极短路分断优化与分析具有一定参考意义。In order to study the relationship between the factors affecting the neutral pole short-circuit breaking performance of mini circuit breaker and structural optimization,taking the N-pole additional function added for 1P+N MCB as background,based on the N-pole short-circuit breaking principle and the transient equation of typical DC arc equivalent circuit,The basic variables,correlation factors,structural design,testing combination of progressive structural scheme and four-dimensional mean data analysis method are proposed,and the strong correlation of structural design between two basic variables(N-pole arc resistance RNh and the time difference t of making before breaking)is gradually focused.Finally,the established type test of short-circuit breaking is passed and the short-circuit breaking performance margin is obtained.The results show that the n-pole optimization and analysis method for this type of MCB is reasonable and effective,and have certain reference significance for the N-pole short-circuit breaking optimization and analysis of similar products.
