枣疯病病原的鉴定及致病机理研究

摘　　要：枣疯病在我国普遍发生,会造成枣园(枣树)减产甚至绝产,严重威胁我国枣产业的健康发展。本文从形态学及分子生物学认知分类、活体培养保藏、检测鉴定、致病机理共4个维度,系统地总结了1947年以来国内对枣疯病病原的研究,以期为今后枣抗病品种的培育、特效专效农药及绿色防控新技术的研发提供参考。Jujube witches’broom(JWB)is a widespread disease in China,leading to reduced or even complete loss of yield in jujube orchards,posing a severe threat to the healthy development of the jujube industry in China.This paper systematically summarized and evaluated the research on the pathogen JWB in China since 1947 from four aspects:morphological and molecular biological identification,live culture preservation,detection and identification,and pathogenic,to provide a reference for the future development of disease-resistant varieties,specific and effective pesticides,and new technologies for green control.
