免套袋生物膜剂对苹果果实品质和矿质元素含量的影响

摘　　要：喷施免套袋生物膜剂是实现免套袋栽培的一种重要方式。为研究免套袋生物膜剂对苹果果实品质和常见矿物元素含量的影响,判定该方法的可行性,以‘红富士’苹果为试材,设置腐植酸膜剂、皮尔瑞俄钙膜两种免套袋膜剂处理,以不套袋喷清水、套袋作为两种对照,测定成熟期果实品质和常见矿质元素的含量。结果表明,与对照组相比,喷施两种生物膜剂均能显著提高‘红富士’苹果果实可溶性固形物含量,改善可滴定酸的积累;但对‘红富士’苹果单果质量、硬度及果形指数的影响较小;免套袋膜剂处理组苹果的大部分元素含量均高于对照组,矿质元素总量增加。因此,喷施两种生物膜剂均能提高‘红富士’苹果果实品质及果实中矿质元素的含量,可作为适宜的免套袋膜剂用于苹果免套袋栽培。Implementing bag-free culture can be achieved in part by spraying bag-free biological film.To test the viability of this approach,the impact of bag-free biological film on apple fruit quality and common mineral element concentration was investigated.The‘Fuji’was used as the experimental material.Humic acid film and Pilliot calcium film were used as test materials to assess the fruit quality and the levels of common mineral components.The findings revealed the following:Spraying two types of biofilm might greatly(<0.05)increased the soluble solid content of red‘Fuji’apple fruit and enhanced the accumulation of titrable acid when compared to the control group.However,it had no effect on the single fruit quality,hardness,or fruit form index of red‘Fuji’apple.The apples in the no-bagging treatment group had higher levels of most elements than the apples in the control group,and the overall quantity ofmineralelementsrose.Consequently,using two types of biologicalfilm could enhance the fruit quality andmineralelementcontentoverall,makingitagoodbag-freefilm optionforbag-freered‘Fuji’applefarming.
