摘 要:全球能源转型背景下,漂浮式风电因其开发深远海域风能资源的独特优势而展现出巨大发展潜力。本文系统回顾了国内外漂浮式风电的发展现状与最新进展,剖析了大规模开发漂浮式风电面临的主要技术挑战,包括漂浮式风电机组的优化设计、创新型漂浮平台的研发、系泊系统的动态响应优化、高可靠性电力传输系统的构建以及适应性运维策略的制定等关键技术问题。同时,还概述了潜在的非技术挑战,如政策法规的完善、环境影响的评估、供应链的构建和专业人才的培养等。基于上述分析,针对我国漂浮式风电产业发展提出了具有针对性的建议,涉及科技创新的重点方向、标准体系构建、国际合作机制等多个方面,旨在推动我国漂浮式风电产业的健康可持续发展,为实现全球碳中和目标做出实质性贡献。Under the background of global energy transition,floating wind power has shown great development potential due to its unique advantage of developing wind energy resources in deep and distant waters.This paper systematically reviews the current status and latest progress of floating wind power development at home and abroad,and analyses the main technical challenges facing the large-scale development of floating wind power,including key technical issues such as the optimal design of floating wind turbines,the research and development of innovative floating platforms,the optimization of the dynamic response of the mooring system,the construction of a highly reliable power transmission system,and the formulation of an adaptive operation and maintenance strategy.At the same time,potential non-technical challenges are also outlined,such as the improvement of policies and regulations,the assessment of environmental impacts,the construction of the supply chain,and the cultivation of professional talents.Based on the above analysis,targeted recommendations are put forward for the development of China's floating wind power industry,involving the key direction of scientific and technological innovation,the construction of the standard system,the international cooperation mechanism and other aspects.These recommendations aim to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's floating wind power industry,and make substantial contributions to the achievement of global carbon neutrality.
