摘 要:相较近海,深远海风电钢结构防腐面临着更为严苛的条件,针对风电机组钢结构所处的海洋环境和腐蚀情况可划分为五个腐蚀区域和七种腐蚀类型,总结了阴极保护防腐,涂层防腐和复层包覆防腐技术三类常规防腐技术原理,并介绍了近年国内外相关防腐技术成果及钢结构腐蚀规律研究。通过深入研究国家海上风电发展政策,归纳总结深远海发电机组钢结构防腐关键技术的发展情况,分析其优缺点,为行业发展提供技术指导。Compared with offshore,deep-sea wind power steel structure anti-corrosion faces more stringent conditions.According to the marine environment and corrosion conditions of wind turbine steel structure,it can be divided into five corrosion aeas and seven corrosion types.Three types of conventional anti-corrosion technologies are summarized,and the relevant anti-corrosion technology achievements and research on steel structure corrosion laws in recent years are introduced.Through in-depth research on the national offshore wind power development policy,the development of key technologies for anti-corrosion of deep-sea generator steel structures is summarized,and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed to provide technical guidance for the development of the industry.
