摘  要:为解决我国高速公路沥青路面因冰雪天气引发的交通中断和安全隐患问题,研究开发了一种基于流体加热的沥青路面加热系统。通过室内成型车辙板试验和室外机械碾压试验,对备选加热管材进行了评估筛选,并因聚四氟乙烯管材耐高温、耐高压的特性,确定其最为适用。通过调整加热管埋深和管间距的室内传热试验,分析了系统参数对沥青表面温度的影响,优化了设计方案。研究结果表明,该系统能够有效提升沥青表面温度,实现对路面温度的精准控制及融雪除冰功能。To solve the traffic interruption and safety hazards caused by ice and snow weather on asphalt pavements on highways in China,a fluid heating based asphalt pavement heating system has been developed.The evaluation and screening of alternative heating pipes were carried out through indoor formed rutting board tests and outdoor mechanical rolling tests,and the most suitable PTFE pipe was determined due to its high temperature and high pressure resistance characteristics.Indoor heat transfer tests adjusting the burial depth and spacing of the heating tubes were performed to analyze the impact of system parameters on the asphalt surface temperature,thereby optimizing the design.The results indicate that the system can effectively raise the surface temperature of asphalt,enabling precise control of road surface temperature,and facilitating snow melting and ice removal functions.
