摘  要:为全面探究木质碎料在沥青道面中的应用性能,以产自广东茂名的70#沥青为胶结材料,不同类型的木质碎料和砂作为集料,利用自动马歇尔试件击实仪,采用振实法,制备了沥青木质碎料复合材料。并通过试验分析沥青用量及砂用量对沥青木质碎料复合材料的密度、马歇尔稳定度及吸水性的影响规律,确定了沥青和砂骨料的掺量是影响试件性能的主要因素,沥青、木质碎料与砂骨料的最佳配比为1.2∶1∶2。试验表明,利用木质碎料制备沥青混合材料是切实可行的,为废弃木材的利用开辟了一条新途径,可为木质碎料与沥青混合形成沥青木质碎料道路铺装材料的研究与推广提供参考。This study aims to comprehensively explore the application performance of wood chips in asphalt pavement.Using 70 # asphalt produced in Maoming,Guangdong as the bonding material,different types of wood chips and sand as aggregates,asphalt wood chip composite materials were prepared using an automatic Marshall compactor and vibration compaction method.The influence of asphalt and sand content on the density,Marshall stability,and water absorption of the asphalt–wood-chip composite materials was analyzed.Through experimental analysis,it was determined that the content of asphalt and sand aggregates is the main factor affecting the performance of the specimens.The optimal ratio of asphalt,wood chips,and sand aggregates is 1.2∶1∶2.The experiment shows that using wood chips to prepare asphalt mixture materials is practical and feasible,opening a new avenue for waste wood utilization and providing a reference for the research and promotion of asphalt-wood-chip paving materials.
