摘　　要：Climate change is one of the biggest crises facing humanity.From November 11th to November 24th,the 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(COP29)was held in Baku,the capital of Azerbaijan.During the conference,198 contracting parties jointly negotiated a new climate financing agreement before submitting a new round of Nationally Determined Contributions(NDCs)in early 2025,in order to“enhance ambition,promote action”and“unite towards a green world”.After difficult negotiations,COP29 came to an end and reached the“Baku Climate Unity Pact”.This also means that addressing climate change will face new situations and tasks.
