摘　　要：新时代以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视少年儿童和少先队工作,站在党和国家后继有人的战略高度,加强对少先队工作的领导,推动少先队工作取得重要成就。少先队工作理论实现创新发展,少先队教育作用和政治引领功能更加凸显,少先队组织建设取得新发展,网上少先队工作成效突出,少先队工作者队伍建设持续增强,少先队工作的体制机制更加完善。新时代少先队工作积累了宝贵经验,如坚持党的领导、坚持为党育人、坚持儿童为本、坚持全团带队、深化团教协作、优化制度保障、坚持改革创新等。新时代新征程,未来少先队工作应呈现更加突出儿童性、广泛性、专业性、现代化、社会化、制度化的发展趋势。In the new era,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the work of children and the Chinese Young Pioneers(CYP).Standing at the strategic height of the successor of the Party and the country,it has strengthened the leadership of the CYP work and promoted it to achieve important achievements.The theory of young pioneers'work has made innovative development,and the educational role and political leadership function of CYP organizations have become more prominent.The construction of CYP organizations has achieved new development,with outstanding achievements in online work,strengthened team work,and improved institutional mechanism.The CYP work in the new era has accumulated valuable experience,such as adhering to the leadership of the Party,educating people for the Party,insisting on childrencentered work,the whole league leading organization,deepening cooperation between the league and the education system,optimizing the institutional guarantee,and constant reforms and innovations.In the new era and on the new journey,the CYP work should present a new trend of being more child-centered,extensive,professional,modernized,socialized,and institutionalized.
