摘 要:对聚芳酯材料的发展历史进行了综述。先对常规聚芳酯材料的结构组成和性能特点进行了阐述。同时,对目前聚芳酯材料的合成工艺进行了介绍,并从工业化的角度分析评价了不同聚合方法的优势和局限性,其中相转移催化聚合的应用潜力较大。阐述了聚芳酯材料常用的化学与物理改性方法研究现状。通过在聚合过程中引入其它结构的分子链段或与其它材料进行共混改性,可以对聚芳酯材料的机械性能,耐热性、耐化学特性、耐磨特性等进行调整。此外,对聚芳酯材料的应用场景进行了概述和展望,聚芳酯材料未来有望在电子,汽车,机械,医疗等领域广泛应用。A review was conducted on the development history of polyarylester materials.Firstly,the structural composition and performance characteristics of conventional polyarylester materials were elaborated.At the same time,the current synthesis process of polyarylester materials was introduced,and the advantages and limitations of different polymerization methods were analyzed and evaluated from an industrial perspective.Among them,phase transfer catalytic polymerization has great potential for application.This article elaborates on the current research status of commonly used chemical and physical modification methods for polyarylester materials.By introducing molecular segments of other structures or blending modification with other materials during the polymerization process,the mechanical properties,heat resistance,chemical resistance,wear resistance,and other properties of polyarylester materials can be adjusted.In addition,an overview and outlook were given on the application scenarios of polyarylester materials,which are expected to be widely used in fields such as electronics,automotive,machinery,and medical in the future.
