摘 要:麦冬多糖作为百合科植物麦冬(Ophiopogon japonicus(L.f)Ker-Gawl.)的重要活性成分,以其复杂的多糖结构和多样化的生物学效应展现了广泛的应用潜力,近年来引起了广泛关注。本文综述了麦冬多糖的结构特征、检测方法、提取与纯化技术,以及其在抗氧化、免疫调节、降血糖、抗肿瘤及血管保护等生物活性方面的最新研究进展,并探讨了其在药品、功能性食品及化妆品领域的应用前景。本文旨在为深入理解麦冬多糖的结构与功能关系,及其在生物医学和保健产业中的应用提供理论依据和实践指导。Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides,as key active components of the Liliaceae plant Ophiopogon japonicus(L.f)Ker-Gawl.(Mai Dong),have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their complex polysaccharide structures and diverse biological effects,demonstrating extensive potential for various applications.This paper reviews the structural features,detection methods,extraction and purification techniques of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides,as well as the latest research progress on their biological activities,such as antioxidant,immunomodulatory,hypoglycemic,antitumor and vasoprotective activities,and explores the prospects for their application in the fields of pharmaceuticals,functional foods and cosmetics.The aim of this paper is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for a deeper understanding of the structure-function relationship of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides and their applications in biomedical and healthcare industries.
