摘 要:4,4'-二氟二苯甲酮(DFBP)是一种重要的含氟有机精细化工产品和医药中间体,是特种工程塑料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的关键单体。PEEK具有优异的耐热性和生物相容性,被广泛应用于航空航天、电子电器和生物医学等高精尖领域。DFBP是PEEK的核心原材料,未来应用前景广阔。文中介绍了DFBP的应用前景及在国内外的合成方法研究情况。制备方法主要包括傅克烷基化水解法、傅克酰基化法、光气催化酰化法、重氮化氧化法、卤素置换法等。其中傅克酰基化法和重氮化氧化法是现有的工业化方法,但还有较大的改进潜力,未来的研究重点应该放在新型路易斯固体酸催化剂、金属催化氧化及重氮化微通道工艺的开发。4,4'-difluorobenzophenone(DFBP)is an important fluorine containing organic fine chemical products and pharmaceutical intermediates,and is the key monomer of poly ether-ether-ketone(PEEK)which is a special engineering plastic.PEEK has excellent heat resistance and biocompatibility,it's widely used in aerospace,electronic appliances and biomedical and other advanced fields.DFBP is the core raw material of PEEK and has a broad application prospect in the future.The application prospect of DFBP and its synthesis at home and abroad are introduced in this paper.Its synthesis methods mainly include the Fridel-Crafts alkylation hydrolysis method,Fridel-Crafts acylation method,phosgene catalytic acylation method,diazotization oxidation method,halogen substitution method.Among them,Fridel-Crafts acylation method and diazotization oxidation method are the existing industrial methods,but there is still a great potential for improvement.Future research should focus on the development of new Lewis solid acid catalysts,metal catalytic oxidation and diazotization microchannel processes.
