摘 要:为有效解决热致液晶聚合物(LCP)的低导热率和光-热转换能力,本文通过高效、易工业化的双螺杆熔融挤出共混的方法在LCP中利用二维氮化硼(BN)和天然鳞片石墨(GP)进行杂化构筑紧密分布的“面-面”结构,制备具有三维导热通路的液晶导热复合材料。石墨作为桥梁连接LCP和片状BN,有效降低了接触热阻,提升复合材料面内和面间的热导率。当BN和GP添加量分别为20wt%和12wt%时,LCPBNG12的面内和面间热导率分别达到6.11 W/(m·K)和1.16 W/(m·K),并保持优异的力学性能。此外,由于GP对光吸收程度较高,使得LCPBNG12具有优异的光-热/电转换能力。当施加800 mW·cm^(-2)的光强时,LCPBNG12的表面温度和电压分别达到了72.2℃和0.037 V,并且LCPBNG12在5个循环的光热/电测试中表面温度和电压保持恒定,具有较好的可重复性和稳定性。In order to improve the thermal condutivity and photothernal conversion ability of thermal liquid crystal polymer(LCP),two-dimension boron nitride(BN)and graphite sheets(GP)were added into LCP resin to make LCP composites with a thermal conductive network structures which are composed of the so-called hybrid“plane-plane”structures.Graphite particles play a role as bridge to connect LCP matrix and BN,so as to narrow their space to reduce the contact thermal resistance for constructing the thermal conductive network structures,aiming at improving the in-plane and plane-plane thermal conductivity.As adding 20wt%BN and 12wt%GP into LCP resin,the in-plane and plane-plane thermal conductivities of LCPBNG12 achieve to 6.11 W/(m·K)and 1.16 W/(m·K),accompanied by a good mechanical strength simultaneously.In addition,due to the strong ability of GP for photo absorption,LCPBNG12 has strong photothermal and photoelectricity conversion abilities.The surface temperature and voltage of LCPBNG12 reach to 72.2℃and 0.037 V,respectively,with a light intensity of 800 mW·cm^(-2),furthermore,the values remain very stable after 5 cyclic photothermal and photoelectricity conversion measurements,indicating a good repeatability and stability.
