摘　　要：对河南8个不同产地的华山参进行质量评价研究,明确华山参优势产地;依据2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》对河南8个产地(西峡县、淇县、嵩县、新安县、驻马店市、汝阳县、确山县、渑池县)自然生长且大小均一的华山参药材中生物碱、东莨菪内酯含量进行评价;不同产地的华山参生物碱含量为0.11%~0.97%,东莨菪内酯含量为0.017%~0.111%。仅驻马店市和确山县2个产地的华山参药材中生物碱、东莨菪内酯含量能够完全达到药典标准;不同产地华山参中生物碱、东莨菪内酯含量差异较大,驻马店市和确山县2个产地为华山参优势产地。Objective to study the quality of Physochlainae Radix from 8 different origins in Henan Province,clear and definite its advantageous producing area.According to the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,the contents of alkaloids and scopoletin in natural growth and uniform size of Physochlainae Radix from eight producing areas(Xixia County,Qi County,Song County,Xin'an County,Zhumadian City,Ruyang County,Queshan county and Mianchi County)in Henan Province were evaluated.The content of alkaloids in P.infundibularis from different regions ranges from 0.11%to 0.97%,and the content of scopoletin ranges from 0.017%to 0.111%.The alkaloids and scopoletin in the Chinese ginseng from Zhumadian City and Keshan County can reach the pharmacopoeia standard.There are significant differences in the content of alkaloids and scopoletin in P.infundibularis from different regions.Zhumadian City and Queshan County are the dominant regions for P.infundibularis.
