摘  要:建立高效液相色谱法测定化妆品原料三肽-1和三肽-1铜含量的方法。采用色谱柱Kromasil Superb C_(18)5μm(4.6×250 mm),以葵烷磺酸钠/无水磷酸二氢钠水溶液(pH=6.0)和乙腈梯度洗脱样品水溶液,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长215 nm。结果表明,三肽-1在15.625~2000μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,R^(2)=0.9993,重复性试验精密度(n=6)为0.24%;三肽-1铜在20~1500μg/m范围内线性关系良好,R^(2)=0.9992,重复性试验精密度(n=6)为0.01%。该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、重现性好,可用于化妆品原料三肽-1和三肽-1铜含量的测定。A HPLC method was established for the determination of the contents of cosmetic ingredients tripeptide-1 and copper tripeptide-1.After the samples were dissolved,they were separated and determined by using a Kromasil Superb C_(18) column(250×4.6 mm,5μm)and gradient elution of decane-1-sulfonate/anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution(pH=6.0,A)and acetonitrile(B)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detective wavelength was set at 215 nm.The results showed that,for tripeptide-1,it had a good linearity in the range of 15.625~2000μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9993)with repeatability precision(RSD,n=6)of 0.24%,intermediate precision of 0.49%;for copper tripeptide-1,it had a good linearity in the range of 20~1500μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9992)with repeatability precision(RSD,n=6)of 0.01%.This method is sensitive,specific and reproducible,and it is suitable for the determination of the contents of cosmetic ingredients tripeptide-1 and copper tripeptide-1.
