摘  要:青钱柳对改善三高具有较好的疗效,随着研究的不断深入,青钱柳产品不断被消费者接纳,但青钱柳分布区域较广,差异性较大,不同区域环境对青钱柳次生代谢产物的累积有着紧密联系,同时不同加工方式对青钱柳产品品质也有较大影响。为综合评价不同产地青钱柳茶产品品质,本实验采用紫外分光光度法结合比色原理测定青钱柳茶总三萜含量,取供试品0.2 mL于刻度试管中,水浴蒸干,加5%香草醛-冰醋酸、高氯酸在60℃水浴加热,在549 nm处测定其吸光度,通过标准曲线计算青钱柳总三萜含量。结果显示各产地青钱柳样品总三萜含量差异较大,都匀产青钱柳总三萜含量在0.6465~0.7232 mg/g,九江产青钱柳总三萜含量在0.7608~0.8481 mg/g,邵阳产青钱柳总三萜含量在0.3385~0.4049 mg/g,张家界产青钱柳总三萜含量在0.7392~0.8360 mg/g,该方法简便易行,结果稳定,重现性好,可作为评价青钱柳品质的方法。C.Paliurus has a good curative effect on improving the three heights.With the development of research,the C.Paliurus products have been accepted by consumers,but it has a wide distribution area and great difference,the accumulation of secondary metabolites of C.paliurus was closely related to different environment,and the quality of C.Paliurus was affected by different processing methods.In order to evaluate the quality of C.paliurus tea from different areas,the total triterpene content of C.Paliurus tea was determined by UV Spectrophotometer and colorimetry,the content of total triterpenes in C.Paliurus was calculated by standard curve,and the absorbance was determined at 549 nm after heating with 5%vanillin-glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid in 60℃water.The results showed that the contents of total triterpenes in C.Paliurus samples from different habitats varied greatly.The contents of total triterpenes in C.Paliurus from all habitats ranged from 0.6465 to 0.7232 mg/g,and in Jiujiang,Jiangxi province from 0.7608 to 0.8481 mg/g,the total triterpenes of C.Paliurus from Shaoyang and Zhangjiajie,Hunan province were range of 0.3385 to 0.4049 mg/g and 0.7392 to 0.8360 mg/g.Respectively,the method is simple,convenient,stable and reproducible,and can be used to evaluate the quality of C.Paliurus.
