RP-HPLC-DAD测定丹珍头痛胶囊中迷迭香酸的含量

摘　　要：运用反相高效液相色谱法建立丹珍头痛胶囊中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法,完善丹珍头痛胶囊的质量标准,使其更加科学更加合理。色谱柱为SHIMSEN C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(37∶63),检测波长为330 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果显示迷迭香酸在0.0479~0.4791μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为101.0%,RSD为1.6%。表明本方法简便可行,可靠准确,可用于控制丹珍头痛胶囊的质量。To establish a method for detecting the Content of rosmarinic acid in Danzhentoutong capsule by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography,improve the quality standard of Danzhentoutong capsule and make it more scientific and reasonable.The sample was separated on the SHIMSEN C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),by using methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(37∶63)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1)and at 35℃.The detection wavelength was 330 nm.The results showed the linear range of rosmarinic acid was 0.0479~0.4791μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 101.0%and RSD was 1.6%.This method was found to be simple and reliable with accurate results,which can be used to control the quality for Danzhentoutong capsule.
