摘 要:研究对比了不同熔体流动速率的苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材料对免喷涂ABS/PBT合金材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度的影响。SAN流动性增加,合金材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度大大提高。PBT材料的熔体流动速率大大影响着合金材料的缺口冲击强度。随着PBT流动性增加,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度大大降低。高熔融指数的PBT加入,也较大地影响了免喷涂ABS/PBT合金材料的流动性,SAN对合金材料体系的熔融指数的影响则相对较小。流动性好的PMMA有助于SAN、高胶粉和PBT材料三组分更好地融合,提高合金材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度。不同配方体系,免喷涂ABS/PBT合金材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量均变化不大。The effects of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN),polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)materials with different melt flow rate(MFR)on the Izod notched impact strength of spray-free ABS/PBT alloys were studied.The MRF of SAN increases,and the Izod notched impact strength of the alloy material was greatly improved.The melt flow rate of PBT material greatly affected the Izod notched impact strength of ABS/PBT alloy materials.With the increase of PBT fluidity,the Izod notched impact strength was greatly reduced.The addition of PBT with high melt flow index also greatly affected the MFR of spray-free ABS/PBT alloy materials,while SAN had a relatively small effect on the melt flow index of alloy material systems.PMMA with good fluidity helped the three components of SAN,glue powder and PBT materials to better fuse,and improved the Izod notched impact strength of the alloy materials.The tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of spray-free ABS/PBT alloy materials did not change much in different formulation systems.
