摘  要:垃圾渗滤液是一种具有水质成分复杂、有机物浓度高等特点的高难度废水,若直接排放至地表水体或渗透地下水,会对环境造成严重的污染。在强调生态保护的国家政策下,对渗滤液进行处理是十分有必要的。以华南地区某垃圾填埋场工程设计为依托,详细说明渗滤液处理工艺设计,包括垃圾渗滤液的来源、水质、水量、处理工艺、处理单元、运行效果等方面。采用两级A/O-MBR+NF+RO的组合工艺,尾水一部分达标排放,另一部分回用于场内绿化浇水和道路清扫,浓缩液回喷至垃圾填埋场,脱水处理后的污泥进行填埋处理。项目现场实际运营结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定、耐冲击负荷能力强,出水水质可满足设计要求,在渗滤液处理项目中具有一定的普适性。Landfill leachate is a high difficulty wastewater with complex water quality components and high organic matter concentration.If it is directly discharged into surface water or infiltrated into groundwater,it will cause serious pollution to the environment.Under the national policy of emphasizing ecological protection,it is necessary to treat leachate.Based on the design of a landfill project in South China,provide a detailed explanation of the leachate treatment process design,including the source,water quality,water quantity,treatment process,treatment unit,and operating effect of the leachate.The combination process of two-stage A/O-MBR+NF+RO is adopted.Part of the tail water meets the discharge standards,while the other part is reused for on-site greening watering and road cleaning.The concentrated liquid is sprayed back to the landfill site,and the dehydrated sludge is treated for landfill.The actual operation results on the project site show that the process has stable treatment effect,strong impact load resistance,and the effluent quality can meet the design requirements.It has a certain universality in leachate treatment projects.
