摘  要:随着全球工业化进程的不断加快,挥发性有机物(VOCs)的排放量日益增加,对环境质量和人类健康造成了不容忽视的负面影响。VOCs不仅能够参与大气化学反应,形成光化学烟雾和细颗粒物(PM_(2.5)),还具有毒性和致癌性,对人体健康构成直接威胁。针对这一挑战,本研究设计并提出了一种创新的工厂有机废气处理管道系统。通过对自动化清理技术的应用,以期提高废气处理的效率和操作的便捷性。系统的设计组成包括管道主体、壳体、过滤网、螺杆、清洁机构、驱动机构以及收集机构。在系统运行过程中,通过驱动机构带动螺杆转动,实现对过滤网的自动化全面清理,减少了清理过程中的死角,且显著降低了过滤网拆卸和更换的频率。同时我们还评估了该系统的环保以及经济效益,不仅有效地改善了空气质量,降低二次污染的风险,还可以显著提高了工厂的经济效益,保证了生产的连续性。As the global industrialization process continues to accelerate,the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is increasing day by day,causing a significant negative impact on environmental quality and human health.VOCs not only participate in atmospheric chemical reactions to form photochemical smog and fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),but also possess toxicity and carcinogenicity,posing a direct threat to human health.In response to this challenge,an innovative pipeline system for the treatment of organic waste gas in factories was designed and proposed,by applying automated cleaning technology,aiming to enhance the efficiency and convenience of waste gas treatment.The design of the system included components such as the pipeline body,casing,filter mesh,screw rod,cleaning mechanism,driving mechanism and collection mechanism.During the operation of the system,the driving mechanism rotated the screw rod,achieving an automated and comprehensive cleaning of the filter mesh,reducing dead corners in the cleaning process and significantly lowering the frequency of filter mesh disassembly and replacement.At the same time,the environmental and economic benefits of this system were assessed.It not only effectively improved air quality and reduced the risk of secondary pollution but also significantly enhanced the economic benefits of factories,ensuring the continuity of production.
