摘　　要：聚烯烃是产量最大、应用最广泛的有机高分子材料,聚烯烃催化剂的开发应用是聚烯烃工业研究的关键技术之一。其中,茂金属聚丙烯是由茂金属催化剂制备的一类分子量和分子量分布可精密调控的聚丙烯材料,在食品、材料和医疗等领域有着重要的应用。C_(2)对称的手性桥联锆茂金属催化剂,由于其对称性,使得所生产的聚丙烯具有较高的等规度,具有较窄的分子量分布。外消旋二甲基硅基双(2-甲基-4-苯基茚基)二氯化锆催化剂是工业应用的聚丙烯催化剂之一,由其制备的聚丙烯具有很高的熔融指数,可用于熔喷布的生产。本文设计的新合成路线具有路线短和收率高的特点。所用原料、试剂均为市售,价格低廉,反应条件温和,后处理简单,适于工业放大生产。Polyolefins are the most produced and widely used resins.The development and application of polyolefin catalysts are one of the key technologies in polyolefin industry research.Metallocene polypropylene is a class of polypropylene materials prepared by metallocene catalysts,with controllable molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution.Metallocene polypropylenes have been key raw materials for many medical materials.The C_(2) symmetric chiral bridging zirconocene catalysts polymerized propylene to afford polypropylene with high isotacticity and narrower molecular weight distribution.The racemic dimethylsilylbis(2-methyl-4-phenylindinyl)zirconium dichloride is an industrial polypropylene catalyst.Polypropylene obtained with it has a very high melt flow index and thus is suitable for manufacturing melt-blown nonwovens for medical masks.In this work,a concise synthetic route is designed,which has less reaction steps,and high yields for most steps.The chemicals and reagents are commercially cheap and available.The mild reaction conditions and the easiness of workup render it a suitable process for industrial scale-up production.
