摘  要:蓝晒工艺是一种历史悠久的成像技术。此工艺巧妙地利用化学反应,将光线转移到纸上,呈现独特的蓝色调图像。该工艺的核心是其感光剂。草酸铁钾是新一代蓝晒工艺的感光剂,然而传统的草酸铁钾制备过程复杂、耗时长且操作繁琐,加之在氧化过程中使用到易制爆化学试剂,使得这一过程存在安全隐患和使用上的限制。为了解决这些问题,此工作从原料选择和实验路径两个关键点入手,对实验流程进行了优化。这一改进不仅降低了成本,简化了制备流程,还大幅缩短了制备时间。此外,探索了使用新型蓝晒试剂进行成像的工艺条件,并通过实际应用验证了新工艺的有效性。将新工艺成功应用于科普教育和宣传活动中,受到了广泛的好评和认可。Cyanotype is an imaging technology with a long history.This process uses chemical reaction to transfer light to paper,presenting a unique blue tone image.The core of this process is its photosensitizer.Potassium ferrioxalate is a new photosensitizer for Cyanotype.However,the traditional preparation process of potassium ferrioxalate is complex,time-consuming and complicated,and the use of explosive chemicals in the oxidation process makes this process have potential safety hazards and restrictions on use.In order to solve these problems,this work optimized the experimental process in two aspects:raw material selection and experimental methodology.This improvement not only reduces the cost,saves energy consumption,but also significantly shortens the preparation time.Furthermore,we have investigated the process conditions for Cyanotype using this innovative photosensitizer,validating its efficacy through practical applications.The new technology has been successfully applied in popular science education and publicity activities,and has been widely praised and recognized.
