摘  要:为了使学生了解油水分离领域的研究前沿,提高学生的科研创新能力,本文设计了金属有机框架MIL-53纳米棒阵列膜油水分离性能的研究型综合实验。该实验包括不锈钢网上MIL-53纳米棒阵列膜的制备、膜材料的结构表征、油水分离性能测试以及实验数据的归纳与处理等部分,内容涵盖无机化学、化工原理、分析化学等课程基础知识,综合性较强。实验过程中,学生需要自主学习相关领域基础知识和实验技能,并掌握实验研究的知识、方法和规律。该综合型实验可显著提高学生综合运用专业基础知识,解决具体实践问题的能力,激发其从事科研的思维和热情,有助于培养科研型、创新型人才。A research-oriented comprehensive experiment on the oil/water separation performance of metal-organic framework MIL-53 nanorod array membrane is proposed to help students understand the research frontiers in the oil/water separation and improve their scientific research ability.This experiment includes the preparation of MIL-53 nanorod array membranes on stainless steel mesh,the structural characterization of membrane materials,the testing of oil/water separation performance,and the induction and processing of experimental data.It is of strong comprehensiveness,covering the basic knowledge of Inorganic Chemistry,Principles of Chemical Engineering,Analytical Chemistry,and other courses.During the experimental process,the students are required to independently learn the basic knowledge and experimental skills in relevant fields,and master the knowledge,methods,and laws of experimental research.It is shown that the implementation of this comprehensive experiment can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of students in applying various professional knowledge to solve specific practical problems,and cultivate their thinking and enthusiasm for scientific research,which contribute to the cultivation of scientific research and innovative talents.
