气井带压起复杂管柱中的井控风险解决方案

摘  要:随着我国各主要气田的持续开发,部分生产井在生产中出现了结垢、腐蚀穿孔、井下工具失效等问题,尤其需要进行修井作业更换生产管柱来实现正常生产。常规修井过程中修井液进入地层,会引起地层敏感性问题,造成地层孔隙的堵塞、润湿性的改变等,不利于生产井的进一步生产。因此,部分油气公司逐步引进带压修井作业,在不放喷、不压井的前提下进行施工,有效保护储集层压力状况,促进气田的持续稳产。在带压起管柱过程中采用相应的设备和工具实现对管柱环空和管柱内的压力控制,然而面对复杂管柱结构时,带压作业的实现井控的难度增大,以加拿大SNUBCO生产的S-9带压作业设备对苏里格区块3口井的施工过程为例,通过分析带压起复杂管柱中存在的井控问题,提出相应的解决方法,实现在施工过程中的井控安全。With the continuous development of the main gas fields in our country.Some production wells in the production of scaling,corrosion perforation,downhole tool failure and other problems,it needs workover operation to replace production string to realize normal production.When workover fluid enters formation during routine workover,it will cause formation sensitivity,formation pore plugging and wettability change,which is unfavorable to further production of production wells.therefore,some oil and gas companies gradually introduce work-over operation with pressure,under the premise of no blowout,no well killing,effective protection of reservoir pressure,to promote the sustained and stable production of gas field.In the process of string lifting under pressure,the corresponding equipment and tools are used to control the annulus of the string and the pressure in the string,taking the construction process of three wells in sulige block by S-9 pressure equipment produced by SNUBCO in Canada as an example,this paper analyzes the well control problems existing in the complex string lifting under pressure,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,realize well control safety in the construction process.
