摘　　要：近年来,在石油石化行业的储运罐区中,针对现有储罐升级改造、更换介质的项目越来越多。结合某石化厂球罐更换存储介质为C4,详细探讨了改造过程中的关键设计因素,以确保改造后的球罐能够满足液化烃的安全储存需求。同时结合最新规范要求,对过去液化烃设计习惯进行了深入分析、查漏补缺,旨在为球罐改造提供理论支持和实践指导。In recent years,there have been more and more projects to upgrade and replace the medium of existing storage tanks in the storage and transportation tank farms of the petroleum and petrochemical industry.Combined with the replacement of the storage medium to C4 in the spherical tank of a petrochemical plant,the key design factors in the transformation process are discussed in detail to ensure that the modified spherical tank can meet the safe storage requirements of liquefied hydrocarbons.At the same time,combined with the requirements of the latest specifications,the design habits of liquefied hydrocarbons in the past were analyzed in depth,and the gaps were checked and filled,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the transformation of spherical tanks.
