石油化工企业总图运输设计的节约用地策略探讨

摘　　要：工业发展拉动社会经济,企业扩张需要土地。我国工业化脚步加快,越来越多企业选择圈地扩建,以往粗放式建设未能实现土地资源合理利用,不仅增加企业支出成本,也加剧用地紧张,亟须优化总图运输设计。自然资源部发布的《工业项目建设用地控制指标》也提出节约集约利用工业用地的原则,提高土地利用控制的标准,提升工业用地单位面积利用效率和产出水平。基于此,简要分析石油化工企业总图运输设计现状,明确当前用地情况及存在的问题与不足,并提出节约用地策略,以期为相关工作者提供参考。Industrial development drives the social economy,and enterprises need land for expansion.The pace of China's industrialization is accelerating,more and more enterprises choose to enclosure land expansion,the past extensive construction failed to achieve the rational use of land resources,not only increase the cost of enterprise expenditure,but also increase the tension of land,it is urgent to optimize the general map transportation design.The"Industrial Project Construction Land Control Indicators"issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources also put forward the principle of economical and intensive use of industrial land,improve the standard of land use control,and improve the efficiency and output level of industrial land use per unit area.Based on this,the paper briefly analyzes the current situation of transportation design of general drawing of petrochemical enterprises,defines the current situation of land use and existing problems and deficiencies,and puts forward the strategy of saving land use,in order to provide reference for related workers.
