摘　　要：通过将水杨酸作为钙钛矿活性层与空穴传输层之间的界面钝化剂,使SA中的C=O能够与未配位的Pb^(2+)发生相互作用,来有效钝化钙钛矿薄膜界面和晶界处的缺陷,提高载流子的运输与提取能力。除此之外,作为共轭分子的SA不同于常用的烷基添加剂所具有的绝缘性,其优异的导电性能显著提高PSCs的光电性能,且共轭分子所具有的共面性能使其很好覆盖在钙钛矿薄膜表面,对外界环境中的氧气和水分有一定的隔绝作用。因此,在最优浓度的SA修饰下,PSCs的PCE从20.10%提高到了22.35%,其稳定性也得到了显著提升。By using salicylic acid as an interface passivator between the perovskite active layer and the hole transport layer,C=O in SA can interact with uncoordinated Pb^(2+),effectively passivating defects at the interface and grain boundaries of perovskite films,and improving the transport and extraction capabilities of charge carriers.In addition,SA,as a conjugated molecule,has different insulation properties from commonly used alkyl additives.Its excellent conductivity significantly improves the photoelectric performance of PSCs,and the coplanar properties of conjugated molecules make it well covered on the surface of perovskite films,providing a certain insulation effect on oxygen and water in the external environment.Therefore,under the optimal concentration of SA modification,the PCE of PSCs increased from 20.10%to 22.35%,and their stability was significantly improved.
