产业协同集聚对制造业产品出口技术复杂度的影响——基于创新创业水平中介效应的研究

摘　　要：同时考虑区域产业协同集聚的正外部性和负外部性,深入探究生产性服务业和制造业协同集聚在推动新型工业化以及提高产业出口竞争力方面的作用机制。基于2010—2020年中国278个城市的截面面板数据建立双固定效应模型,验证地区服务业和制造业的协同集聚对制造业产品出口技术复杂度的影响。结果表明:服务业和制造业的协同集聚对制造业产品出口技术复杂度起到先促进后抑制的影响作用,其中数字经济发展和知识产权保护水平的调节作用使得该倒“U”型曲线变得更加陡峭,产业协同集聚对出口技术复杂度的影响通过改变创新创业水平产生作用;在地势平坦的胡焕庸线以东地区和人口规模适中的城市,产业协同集聚对出口技术复杂度存在倒“U”型影响,而在其他地区该关系不显著;交通仓储邮电业以及租赁和商业服务业与制造业的协同集聚对出口技术复杂度存在显著的倒“U”型影响关系,而其他服务行业与制造业的协同集聚的该影响作用不显著。因此,各地区要警惕产业过度集聚的负面效应,同时加快产业数字化转型,优化知识产权保护政策,促进生产要素向产业集聚程度较低的地区转移,充分发挥产业协同集聚对出口竞争力的提升作用。China's economy has transitioned from a phase of high-speed growth to one of high-quality development,entering a critical period of transforming the development model,optimizing the economic structure,and shifting growth drivers.Promoting the high-level integration,interaction,and coordinated development of manufacturing and service industries is a pivotal measure for fostering innovation-driven growth,advancing industrial transformation and upgrading,and enhancing international industrial competitiveness.It also serves as a crucial support for accelerating the cultivation of new productivity drivers,achieving new industrialization,and advancing the highquality development of advanced manufacturing.Against this backdrop,this study considers both the positive and negative externalities of regional industrial coordinated agglomeration,delving into the mechanisms through which the collaborative agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing drives new industrialization and enhances industrial export competitiveness.Using cross-sectional panel data from 278 Chinese cities from 2010 to 2020,a twoway fixed-effects model is constructed to examine the impact of the coordinated agglomeration of regional service and manufacturing industries on the technological complexity of manufactured exports.The results indicate that the coordinated agglomeration of services and manufacturing exerts an inverted U-shaped influence on the technological complexity of manufactured exports.The moderating effects of digital economy development and intellectual property protection levels steepen this inverted U-shaped curve.The impact of industrial agglomeration on export technological complexity operates through changes in innovation and entrepreneurship levels.In regions east of the Hu Huanyong Line with flat terrain and in cities with moderate population sizes,this inverted U-shaped relationship is significant,whereas it is not prominent in other regions.Furthermore,the coordinated agglomeration of transportation,warehousing,postal s
