深度融合视域下出版人才培养的行动框架研究

摘  要:在数字技术的迅猛发展和互联网普及的推动下,传统出版业与新思想、新技术高速广泛融合,对出版专业人才提出了更高的要求.在提炼融合出版人才五点核心要求的基础上,提出了融合出版人才培养的“五位一体”现实逻辑,进而构建出融合出版人才培养的“准深新细严”“精五”行动框架.该框架涵盖精准开展市场调研与需求分析,精深培育师资队伍与师资实力,精心构建课程体系与教学模式,精细统筹资源整合与资源利用,精严推进评估反馈与质量保障等5个方面内容,有望为我国融合出版人才的培养提供理论支持和实践指导.Driven by the rapid development of digital technology and the widespread adoption of the internet,the traditional publishing industry has increasingly integrated with new ideas and technologies,thereby raising higher requirements for publishing professionals.Based on the extraction of five core requirements for integrated publishing talents,this paper proposes a practical logicmodel for cultivating such talents.Furthermore,it constructs the action framework for the cultivation of integrated publishing talents.This framework encompasses five aspects:conducting precise market research and demand analysis,deeply cultivating faculty teams and faculty capabilities,innovatively constructing curriculum systems and teaching models,meticulously coordinating resource integration and utilization,and rigorously advancing assessment feedback and quality assurance.This framework is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of integrated publishing talents in China.
