西藏产业经济发展耦合协调度分析

摘　　要：通过选取2011-2021年西藏三大产业总值作为指标数据,运用耦合协调度模型对西藏产业经济发展耦合作用进行实证分析。结果表明,2011-2021年西藏产业经济发展指数总体呈上升趋势,第一产业综合指数年均增长4.5%,依然是西藏经济发展中的基础性产业;第二产业综合指数年均增长率为4.1%,其提供的设施保障能力不断加强;第三产业综合指数年均增长高达12.5%,其经济带动效果作用不断提升;西藏三大产业与经济发展的协调度由0.144提高到0.94,总体呈现水平向上的趋势,其协同互动发展机制正不断完善。在未来的发展中,西藏仍需要完善第一产业基础性功能,提升第二产业的自主创新能力,稳定第三产业对经济增长的推动作用,注重产业协调发展,促进西藏经济高质量发展。This paper selects the total value of three major industries in Xizang in recent ten years as the index data,and uses the coupling coordination degree model to empirically analyze the coupling effect of industrial economic development in Xizang from 2011 to 2021.The results show that the industrial and economic development index of Xizang showed an overall upward trend from 2011 to 2021,and the primary industry was still a basic industry in Xizang,s economic development with an average annual growth rate of 4.5%.The average annual growth rate of the comprehensive index of the secondary industry was 4.1%,and its ability to provide facilities is constantly strengthened;the average annual growth rate of the tertiary industry composite index is as high as 12.5%,and its economic driving effect was constantly improving.The coordination degree between Xizang,s three major industries and economic development increased from 0.144 to 0.94,showing an upward trend on the whole,and its collaborative and interactive development mechanism was constantly improving.In the future development,it is still necessary to improve the basic function of the primary industry and enhance the independent innovation ability of the secondary industry,to stabilize the role of the tertiary industry in promoting economic growth,pay attention to the coordinated development of industries,and promote the high-quality development of Xizang,s economy.
