问题导向与实践面向:新文科背景下政治学发展的双轮驱动

摘　　要：政治学是哲学社会科学理论纷争的重要集散场,且与现实政治关联紧密,其发展面临话语张力、议题细碎、研究悬浮和认知偏差等困难。在新文科背景下,政治学学科发展要由学术研究和人才培养双轮驱动:学术研究须坚持问题导向、推进学科融合、注重逻辑自洽,在互鉴交流中基于矛盾发展的观点构建自主知识体系;人才培养须坚持实践面向、拓展学科视界、推进研究性学习,以综合能力提升和创造性培育解答学习功用的疑惑。现代化逻辑转型与高等教育普及化的情境对政治学提出了新要求,学科发展在很大程度上取决于如何回应时代命题,在回答时代之问、回应实践所需中展现政治学对社会发展和国家治理的价值。Political science, a concentration of theoretical disputes in philosophy and social sciences, is closely related to real-world politics. However, its development faces challenges such as weak discourse tension, fragmented and grandiose re⁃ searches and cognitive biases. In the context of new humanities and social sciences, the development of political science should be driven by both academic research and talent cultivation. Academic research should be problem-oriented, multi⁃ disciplinary and self-consistent, targeting fostering an independent knowledge system based on the dialectical view of con⁃ tradiction and development through mutual learning. Talent cultivation should be practice-oriented to broaden students’ horizons and encourage inquiry learning. It aims to resolve their perplexities about the practical relevance of learning by improving their creativity and comprehensive abilities. The transformation of logic for Chinese modernization and the popularization of Chinese higher education have put forward new demands on political science. Thus, the development of Chinese political science hinges significantly on how it responds to the questions by the times. The answer as well as the response to the practical needs embody the value of the discipline for social development and national governance.
