摘 要:为了提升土壤样品制备中细磨环节的效率,有效抑制细磨过程中温升对土样原有性质的影响,设计研制了该装置。在细磨装置的设计中采用了低速旋转碾磨方式,既提升了土壤样品制备效率的同时,又有效消除了研磨过程中的温升。触土部件全部采用氧化铝陶瓷材料,可以有效避免外缘污染。经过优化结构,提高了研磨效率和效果。通过试验验证,细磨装置达到预期效果,为土壤样品制备提供了更为有效的解决方案。In order to improve the efficiency of fine grinding stage in soil sample preparation and effectively suppress the influence of temperature rise on the original properties of soil samples,the device was designed.In the design of the fine grinding device,the low-speed rotary grinding method was used to improve the efficiency of soil sample preparation and effectively eliminate the temperature rise during the grinding process.All earth-touching parts were made of alumina ceramic material to effectively avoid contamination of the outer edges.The optimized structure improved the grinding efficiency and effect.Through the test verification,the fine grinding device has achieved the expected effect,providing a more effective solution for soil sample preparation.
