固相萃取-液相色谱质谱法测定水中6类苯胺类化合物

摘　　要：6种苯胺类化合物在2.00~300μg/L范围内的相关系数(r2)均大于0.998,线性关系良好;方法检出限在0.01~0.04μg/L之间,样品加标回收率为86.0%~108.6%,6次测试结果的相对标准偏差为2.8%~5.3%。本方法操作简便快速,稳定性好,测试结果准确度和精密度好。Within the range of 2.00μg/L to 300μg/L,the correlation coefficients(r2)of the six aniline compounds are all greater than 0.998,indicating a good linear relationship.The detection limit of the method is between 0.01 and 0.04μg/L,the recovery rate of sample spiking is 86.0%-108.6%,and the relative standard deviation of the six test results are from 2.8%to 5.3%.This method is simple and fast to operate,with good stability,accuracy and precision.
