摘 要:通过优化样品取样量和仪器灰化保持时间,考察测量方法检出限、加标回收试验、检测结果与微波消解-原子荧光法检测结果比对等方案,验证了方法可行性。该方法的标准曲线范围为0.1~150ng(长池0.1~10ng、短池10~150ng,线性系数分别为0.999、0.998);方法检出限为0.0648μg/kg(取样量为0.1g时);加标回收率在95%~100%之间;样品连续测量6次,精密度小于1%。结果表明,该仪器稳定性好,测试结果准确可靠。样品无需处理直接上机检测,方便、快速,环保。The feasibility of the method was verified by optimizing the sample size,the ashing time of the instrument,the detection limit of the measurement method,the recovery test,and the comparison between the detection results and those obtained by microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence method.The standard curve range of this method was 0.1-150ng(0.1-10ng for long pool and 10-150ng for short pool,with linear coefficients was 0.999 and 0.998,respectively).The detection limit was 0.0648μg/kg(when the sample amount was 0.1g).The recovery rate was between 95%and 100%.The sample was measured for 6 consecutive times,and the precision was less than 1%.The results show that the instrument is stable and accurate and the sample is detected directly on the machine without processing,which is convenient,fast and environmentally friendly.
