摘 要:校准曲线法是气体标准物质量值核查的常用方法,对气体标准物质的质量控制具有重要意义。基于动态稀释法,在(100~1000)μmol/mol范围内配制了10个浓度的NO、SO_(2)、CO混合气体,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱系统(FTIR)进行测量,建立了仪器响应值与浓度量值对应的校准曲线,并进行了准确性检验和稳定性检验。结果表明:NO、SO_(2)、CO_(3)种气体的校准曲线斜率分别为:0.9795、1.0117、0.9941,相关系数R2均为1,各浓度点与理论浓度的相对偏差均小于±1%,校准曲线具有良好的准确性和长期稳定性。The calibration curve method is a commonly used method for verifying the quantity value of gas reference materials,which is of great significance for the quality control of gas reference materials.A series of mixed gases of NO,SO_(2)and CO with different concentrations ranging from 100μmol/mol to 1000μmol/mol were prepared based on dynamic dilution method,of which the analyses were carried out by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Besides,the calibration curves corresponding to signal values and gas concentrations were established,the accuracy and stability were analyzed.The results indicated that the calibration curves for NO,SO_(2),and CO have slopes of 0.9795,1.0117,and 0.9941,respectively,with correlation coefficients R2 of 1.The relative deviations between each gas concentration and the theoretical concentration were less than±1%,and the calibration curve showed good accuracy and long-term stability.
